  • Isabella is a Pupil Barrister at Unit Chambers who commenced her pupillage in September 2026 under the supervision of Claire Jones. Isabella will be available for instruction from 1st March 2026.

    Prior to pupillage, Isabella worked as a Family and Childcare Paralegal at Duncan Lewis Solicitors assisting with cases across the North-West and Midlands. Isabella has observed and supported clients across all stages of their care proceedings and private children matters. Within her role Isabella has drafted witness statements and taken instructions during meetings with clients. Isabella has advocated for clients in domestic abuse proceedings and PLO meetings. Isabella has been commended for her professionalism, reliability and attention to detail when assisting clients with their matters. Clients have praised Isabella for her communication style highlighting her ability to explain complex legal matters, approachability and supportive nature when dealing with sensitive matters. Isabella has engaged with complex matters such as alleged non-accidental injury cases, fabricated induced illness, sexual abuse, drug and alcohol misuse, domestic abuse and honour based violence.

    Resulting from her dedication to client care and commitment to assisting clients, Isabella was awarded Paralegal/Trainee of the Year at the Manchester Legal Awards in July 2025 highlighting the quality of her work.

    Isabella has delivered domestic abuse presentations for Safe in Salford, Sheffield IDAS, Tomorrow’s Women Leeds, Shropshire Domestic Abuse Service, Alice Charity Stoke-on-Trent and Vennture Hereford.
